Science: This book has basic information from physics, chemistry and biology. Everything is explained clearly and there are many pictures making the book an easy and interesting read.  Our main texbooks for physics and chemistry are in Polish. They are 7th grade school textbooks and Zosia chose them herself while we were visiting Poland last year.   This book is ... for fun.
